This Privacy Policy explains how Mix-Fi (“Mix-Fi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use mix-fi.com and related apps (the “Service”). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Beats you save. Beats you save from the app are currently stored locally in your own browser (via local storage) on your device. We do not receive them.
- Account information (coming soon). When we launch accounts and cloud saves, we will collect the email address you sign up with and the beats you choose to store in the cloud.
- Usage & device data. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics we use may automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the Service secure and understand general usage.
- Payment data (coming soon). If you subscribe, payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To operate accounts, cloud saves, and subscriptions once available.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
3. Advertising
The free version of the Service displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Service and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. A paid subscription removes ads.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage to remember your saved beats and preferences on your device. We (and our providers) may use cookies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising.
5. Service providers
We share limited data with providers who help us run the Service. Examples include hosting, database and authentication (planned), payment processing (planned), analytics, and advertising partners. They may only use it to perform services for us.
6. Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
You can clear locally saved beats by clearing your browser storage. When accounts are available, you'll be able to access or delete your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
